- 1 cup baby spinach whole leaf
- 1 cup broccoli chopped
- 1 cup pepper bell (red, yellow or green)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup broccoli sprouts
- 1/2 cup raisens
- 1/2 cup dried plums
- 1/2 cup nuts almonds, sunflower seeds, walnuts
- 1/4 cup feta or goats cheese
- 1 pinch pepper to taste
- 1 pinch salt to taste
Combine all Ingredients
