FemmenessencePRO is a highly concentrated certified organic gelatinized maca (Lepidium peruvianum) with a proprietary combination of phenotypes specifically for women’s hormone balance and bone health.
FemmenessencePRO is concentrated through a proprietary manufacturing process which results in key active constituents in maca concentrated up to ten times higher than what is found in normal raw maca, and increases the bioavailability, increasing water solubility from 68% in raw maca to 99% in FemmenessencePRO.
Standard dose:
2 capsules, twice daily, ideally away from food. First dose in the morning before breakfast. Second dose early in the afternoon or before afternoon energy low. Not to be taken beyond late afternoon as it may interfere with sleep.Light dose:
For those who are on certain medications or sensitive to herbs: 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the afternoon.Maintenance dose:
After 4-8 months of use, if the body has been rebalanced, reduce the dose by half.
SIDE EFFECTS: There are no known side effects.
INTERACTIONS: There are currently no known interactions when taken in conjunction with medications. However, we advise FemmenessencePRO should not be taken in conjunction with hormone-suppressing medications such as Tamoxifen.
